• Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) roles (e.g., PGT English, Sanskrit, Horticulture, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics) require a Master’s Degree with B.Ed or equivalent and are not suitable for only 12th pass candidates. These are included in the total 2119 vacancies but are excluded from the above table as they do not meet the 12th pass criterion.

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Indian citizens only.
• Age Relaxation (as on 07/08/2025):
  • OBC: +3 years
  • SC/ST: +5 years
  • PwD: +10 years (+13 for OBC, +15 for SC/ST)
  • Ex-Servicemen: Military service + 3 years
  • Departmental Candidates: Up to 13–18 years (varies by category)
  • Meritorious Sports Person: +5 years (General), +8 (OBC), +10 (SC/ST)
• Physical Standards for Jail Warder:
  • Height: 170 cm (relaxable by 5 cm for Gorkhas/Garhwali/Dogras/ST candidates).
  • Chest: 81–85 cm, expandable by 5 cm (same relaxation as height).
  • Physical Endurance Test (PET):
    • 1600m race in 6 minutes.
    • 13 feet long jump, 3 feet 9 inches high jump (3 chances).

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT):

     • Duration: 2 hours
     • Total: 200 questions, 200 marks
     • Sections: Section A (100 marks: General Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Hindi, English), Section B (100 marks: Subject-specific questions related to Operation Room Assistant Course)
     • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
2. Physical Endurance Test (PET) for Jail Warder: As detailed above.
3. Document Verification: Requires 12th marksheet, caste certificate (if applicable), ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Voter ID), domicile certificate, recent passport-size photo, and signature.
4. Medical Examination: Conducted at designated centers to ensure fitness.
